Restaurant Manager - Nights Martin’s Tavern | Georgetown | Washington, DC For more than 90 years, Martin’s Tavern has been part of the Washington restaurant community. Since 1933, we’ve welcomed neighborhood regulars, generations of families, visitors from around the world, and many of the people who have shaped the city’s and the country’s history. We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead evening service, with hospitality and excellent guest service at the center of everything they do. The heart of this role is making sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and eager to return. That takes an engaged manager who enjoys being on the floor, builds relationships with guests, and helps the team deliver attentive, thoughtful, consistent service throughout the night. You’ll set the tone for the dining room: greeting guests, supporting staff, anticipating needs, keeping service running smoothly, and handling concerns with warmth and good judgment. Coaching the team to deliver excellent hospitality is as important as delivering it yourself. You’ll work closely with our General Manager and ownership to help lead one of Washington’s best-known independent restaurants. We value humility, consistency, accountability, and a sincere commitment to taking care of people. This is a nighttime management position. Availability for evening and closing shifts, including weekends, is essential.
