Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect- on site CTH
Job Description
ServiceNow Platform Architectto support our client.
Location:Hybrid out of one of the following locations;
Cleveland, OH / Pittsburgh,PA / Birmingham, AL / or Phoenix, AZ
Duration:6 Month Contract to Hire
Looking for a platform architect who can help define proper governance around the platform, understand and properly solution demand requests coming in for the platform (not alone but provide that solution architect guidance during the process), develop and champion platform development standards, and help order the execution of our platform strategy. ITSM, ITAM, and working towards CSDM is the main focus to start.
Qualifications:
- Industry and project experience of 5+ years with ServiceNow in a solutions/platform architect role
- Good understanding of ServiceNow (On-prem) architecture / infrastructure concepts.
- Experience on the ServiceNow platform including Integration Hub and Mid Server.
- Establish and manage a technical governance program.
- Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
- Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the customer's needs.
- Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions.
- Demonstrate strong experience working with ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps).
- Thorough knowledge on workflows, tables, encryptions, UI, Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, flow designer and integration hub.
- Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modelling.
