Call Center Representative

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Call Center Representative to join a dedicated call center team handling inbound support calls for patients in healthcare. This role is a part-time role for 2 days a week, Monday and Tuesday, 8 am to 5pm. There is also the possibility of on-call status for other days. The role lasts three months, and there is the possibility of going full-time contract or permanent with outstanding performance. This role assists healthcare customers, documents interactions, resolves issues during the first call whenever possible, and escalates matters appropriately while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and quality assurance scores. Representatives use help desk and knowledge base systems daily.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound support calls and provide helpful, professional customer assistance.Document call details accurately in the help desk system.Use the knowledge base to identify information and resolve customer needs.Work toward strong first-call resolution and customer satisfaction outcomes.Escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate channels.Maintain performance standards reflected in quality assurance scores.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in call center operations.Preferred QualificationsExperience using call center software.Strong verbal communication skills.Problem-solving abilities.Medical care experience.\nCompany DescriptionRead our Google Reviews!
