Patient Services Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Leading a remote call center team, the full-time Patient Services Manager will optimize technology systems, oversee staff performance, and drive operational efficiency to enhance the patient experience. Key responsibilities: Manage and optimize technology systems and vendor operations within the call center Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of Patient Services staff Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and compliance standards Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or patient collections call center environment Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience with contact center technologies, including ACD/IVR and CRM systems Knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and TCPA regulations Experience with omnichannel support platforms and analytics tools
