JOB TITLE: Structural Welder/Fitter – Day Shift | $24.50/hr + Overtime Available

We're looking for skilled Structural Welders/Fitters who enjoy working on large-scale projects in a heavy manufacturing environment and want a stable opportunity with overtime potential and career growth.

Location: Tulsa, OK

Shift: Day Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay: $24.50/hour

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overtime Available

What You'll Do:

✔ Perform structural welding and fitting on large steel poles and heavy components

✔ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

✔ Complete high-quality welds using Metalcore and Flux Core processes

✔ Fit, align, and assemble structural components accurately

✔ Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards

✔ Work safely while maintaining productivity in a heavy manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For:

Required Experience

✅ Freshers to 2+ years of heavy industrial welding and fitting experience

✅ Experience working with large structural steel components

✅ Blueprint reading and interpretation skills

✅ Proficiency in Metalcore and Flux Core welding

✅ Ability to pass a welding test and fitting test

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Welding Test Requirements:

• 1/2" Flat Plate

• 1G Position

• 1/16" Metalcore Wire

• Bevel Bar

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
