TITLE: Customer Service Associate
DEPARTMENT: Lexington Branch
WORK LOCATION: Lexington, KY
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
Full time 8:30am -5:00pm (1 hr lunch break)

Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level role designed to provide a foundation in ERP operations, quoting, order processing, and customer service professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and process customer orders using an ERP system.
Communicate with customers primarily via email to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
Coordinate parts procurement and collaborate with vendors and logistics partners.
Monitor order status and maintain accurate records.
Track delivery schedules and shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and shipments.
Coordinate and communicate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in the system.
Follow up with customers and internal teams as needed to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ability to talk, hear, and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and by email.
