About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Enterprise AI to serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Chief AI Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the enterprise AI agenda, including AI strategy, governance, and organizational capability. This role requires the ability to translate priorities into actionable plans, strengthen executive decision-making, and ensure the AI leadership team operates effectively on a global scale. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in strategic planning, executive advisory, business operations, and cross-functional alignment to drive enterprise AI adoption and value realization. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or related leadership roles, with a strong understanding of enterprise AI and technology operating models. The role demands a candidate with proven experience in delivering complex initiatives across a large, global organization, and the ability to engage credibly with both technical and business leaders. Key qualifications include strong financial and analytical acumen, experience in executive communications, and the ability to partner with C-suite executives through ambiguity and organizational change. The ideal candidate will possess strategic judgment, execution discipline, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
