• Claims Background: General Liability
• Prior leadership experience: 5 years
• Jurisdictional Experience: Nationwide
• Licenses: Any (TX, FL, GA, CA preferred)
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

• Promote Best Practices: Define branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level.
• Drive Talent: Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Licensing: Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees.
• Utilize Technology: Use Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and quality.
• Client Communication: Actively engage with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner to cultivate relationships.
• Prioritize and Develop: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
