Electrical Assembler / Fitter 1st Shift

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler / Fitter to join a clean, organized, and quiet warehouse/shop environment. This is a full-time 1st shift position with strong long-term potential, training provided, and opportunities to grow into other departments. The role involves assembling and wiring components using build sheets, hand tools, and basic electrical processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive full training on the company's electrical assembly and wiring processes.
• Follow an order sheet/build sheet that outlines the required parts, wiring layout, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble various valves, pipes, and components according to specifications.
• Perform wiring of electrical parts and components (training provided if needed).
• Conduct visual inspections to verify build accuracy and quality.
• Work closely with the shipping team, who will package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Maintain consistent productivity while assembling multiple types of orders throughout the day (low volume but repetitive work).
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in other departments as needed, based on workflow.
• Work independently and remain focused with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic electrical or wiring knowledge preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Ability to follow build sheets, order sheets, or mechanical prints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, socket tools, etc.).
• Good math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong desire for long-term employment.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with circuits is a plus
