Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Role Overview Territory Manager sales position provides an opportunity to establish superior selling skills, offer large business solutions in a small‑to‑mid‑size environment, and grow into a Senior Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager position by gaining experience selling to executive‑level decision makers. Responsibilities Prospecting new business, including B2B door‑to‑door and cold calling. Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity. Sell and set up new accounts. Manage accounts. Training & Development New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training later in the career. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR, and TM’s join the Fast Start Program for three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management. Requirements 0–2 years sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideal courses in business, marketing, and/or communication). Involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended. Natural enthusiasm and energy. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor. Determined to be part of a winning team. Burning desire to be successful. Compensation Base salary of $50000. Uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance. Reimbursement for gas receipts. Benefits Medical insurance with premiums paid 100% for employees and dependents.
