MRI Technologist

American Health Imaging is seeking a registered PRN MRI Technologist for our Hiram, GA location. This is a PRN position with shifts available Monday - Saturday from 7:00 AM3:00 PM or 2:00 PM10:00 PM. Flexibility to provide coverage at nearby American Health Imaging locations, as needed.

Summary The purpose of this position is to perform high quality MRI studies while providing excellent customer service and customer care to patients in a fast paced, friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Advanced registry in MRI
• Experience working in a MRI Technologist position
• Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of anatomy
• CPR Certification is required
• IV Skills required

Physical Demands of the Position

• Lifting/moving patients, positioning the patients
• Assisting patients on and off table and into a wheelchair, when required
• Sitting 50% of shift, standing 10% of shift and walking 40% of shift
