About the Role
We are a small, independent insurance agency looking for a kind, dependable, and people-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. This part-time role offers flexibility and is especially well-suited for someone returning to the workforce who wants meaningful, steady work in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and general service needs
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services
- Calmly troubleshoot and resolve issues, following up when needed
- Accurately document client interactions and update records
- Support general office administration and day-to-day workflow
