Physical Therapist

Clinical Management Consultants

Build a rewarding rehabilitation career as a Physical Therapist with an acclaimed community hospital where compassionate care, clinical independence, and an extraordinary mountain lifestyle come together.

The Physical Therapist will join a nationally recognized healthcare organization celebrated for clinical excellence, outstanding patient outcomes, and a consistently supportive workplace culture. This community-focused employer invests in modern rehabilitation technology, evidence based treatment resources, and continued professional development. Strong local support allows the Rehabilitation Therapist to make a meaningful difference for patients and families throughout the surrounding rural communities. A culture rooted in compassion, respect, integrity, and employee recognition makes this an exceptional destination for a long term physical therapy career.

The PT will practice within a small community hospital and rehabilitation clinic known for personalized service and high-quality rural healthcare. The close-knit facility serves patients of all ages with mobility, functional, and quality-of-life needs across inpatient and outpatient settings. Modern therapy resources support individualized evaluations, hands-on treatment, rehabilitative exercise, mobility training, and measurable recovery goals. This Physical Therapy Clinician role is ideal for a compassionate professional seeking the welcoming environment of a community hospital with the standards of a world-class healthcare facility.

The Physical Therapist reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation and will enjoy significant autonomy in planning, delivering, and evaluating skilled physical therapy services. Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and educating patients and families about safe strategies for continued recovery. The Licensed Physical Therapist will collaborate with friendly nurses, physicians, rehabilitation colleagues, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Candidates should hold a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program, current Oregon Physical Therapist licensure, and BLS or CPR certification upon hire.

The Rehabilitation Therapist will live and work in scenic northeastern Oregon, a region prized for dramatic mountain landscapes, clear lakes, winding rivers, and abundant open spaces. The area also features live concerts, community festivals, local arts, regional attractions, welcoming neighborhoods, and memorable farm-to-table cuisine. With four distinct seasons, minimal congestion, and a relaxed pace of life, this Physical Therapist opportunity offers an appealing balance of professional purpose and outdoor adventure.
