Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the individual needs and specific goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure in the state of Washington as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and concepts of recovery-oriented care.

• Prior experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, specifically in addiction treatment contexts.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a non-judgmental and empathetic demeanor.

• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and ethical clinical practices while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
