1st Shift Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:30pm)

• Operate and monitor wire/metal production machines to meet daily output goals
• Load materials, adjust settings, and keep machines running efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Record production data and report any equipment or quality issues

1st Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Must be dependable with strong attendance and attention to detail
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
