This role supports payroll, recruiting, onboarding and personnel record management while delivering accurate, timely and service-oriented HR support to team members and leaders.What You'll Do:Maintain and organize personnel files and employment records in compliance with federal, state and Sunrise requirementsSupport payroll processing, timekeeping audits and HRIS data entryProcess status changes, new hires, transfers and terminations in HR systemsMonitor performance review timelines and merit increase documentationCoordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screenings and interview schedulingAssist with onboarding, new hire paperwork and Sunrise University orientationSupport unemployment claims, EEO documentation and workers' compensation processesEnsure required postings and employment law notices are current and compliantTrack required training and maintain accurate documentationRespond to payroll and HR-related inquiries in a timely, professional mannerHR Assistant – Support HR Teams and Employee ProgramsPay Range: 21.75 - 27.25Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
