AI Business Analyst / Intelligent Automation Consultant (Hybrid - Charlotte, NC)

We’re hiring an experienced AI Business Analyst to support a large-scale Intelligent Automation and Generative AI initiative with a leading financial services organization. Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Extension Possible) Max payrate: $62.00 an hour on W2 What You’ll Do Partner with business and engineering teams to deliver AI and Intelligent Automation solutions. Gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, and support Agile delivery. Translate complex business processes into AI-driven solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI technologies. Support UAT, product demos, stakeholder communication, and SDLC governance. Required Skills Business Analysis / Business Execution / Product Ownership Intelligent Automation or AI/GenAI project experience Agile, User Stories, Backlog Grooming, UAT Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms Strong stakeholder management and communication skills If you're interested, please send your updated resume along with your contact number to discuss further.
