Client Services Representative

A part-time Client Service Representative to join our West Mountain family. Someone who is hardworking, friendly, detail-oriented, skilled multitasker, client-focused, and reliable. Someone who can work evenings and weekends (Saturday mornings only). What you will receive: Working at a hospital that prides itself on giving our clients the best veterinary medicine. Working with co-workers that are kind and compassionate. The best part, helping pets and their owners! Hourly wages are based on experience and range between $14 and $18. Job Duties Answer phones – schedule appointments and surgeries, take messages, resolve client issues. Greet clients and make them feel welcome. Cash out clients. Organize appointments. And much more.
