Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing complex scheduling logistics, and ensuring a seamless recruiting process from initial outreach through offer stage. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at calendar management, and enjoys collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, departments, and time zones. Manage complex calendar scheduling for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Serve as the primary point of contact for interview logistics and scheduling communications. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the interview process. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruiting operations and hiring initiatives. Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate interview panels, conference room bookings, and virtual meeting logistics. Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment onboarding activities. Generate recruiting reports and track key hiring metrics as needed. Support process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate satisfaction. Handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar administrative support role. Proven experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and complex calendars. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or similar). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
