Overview
Radiology Tech (X-ray) travel assignment in Saratoga Springs, NY. Start date 08/24/2026 for a weeks-long assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,011–$2,068 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12 Days. Setting: hospital radiology department within an Albany-area health system. This role requires Epic charting and does not have a guaranteed minimum number of hours. COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status unknown. The position requires a permanent NY state radiology license before starting (temporary licenses not accepted). ARRT certification is preferred; Epic charting experience is required for charting. Minimum 2 years of radiology/X-ray experience; travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures (X-ray) according to orders and established protocols
- Position patients, select appropriate views, ensure exposure accuracy and image quality; apply radiation safety principles
- Operate radiology imaging equipment, perform routine quality checks and basic maintenance
- Complete Epic charting for each exam; document patient information and procedural details accurately
- Maintain patient safety and comfort; coordinate with radiology and care teams; float within radiology as needed
- Adhere to licensing, credentialing, and safety requirements while collaborating with team members

Requirements
- NY State radiology license required in hand prior to starting (permanent license; temporary licenses not accepted)
- ARRT certification: preferred
- Epic charting experience: preferred/required for charting
- Minimum 2 years radiology/X-ray experience
- Travel experience: preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting with rotating shifts and potential to float within the department
