Montefiore is doing more to deliver science driven care where, when and how patients need it most offering patients state of the art healthcare close to home.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist patients and families
- Schedules patients appointments
- Prepares paperwork, memos and reports
- Completes insurance authorizations and insurance verifications
- Maintains patient files and performs other clerical and receptionist tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Prior office/clerical experience
- Excellent customer service skills
