Job Description
A leading Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Commercial Lending Associate to join its Nashville, Tennessee office.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate finance and/or commercial and industrial (C&I) lending.
\n \nCandidates should have substantial experience representing regional and national financial institutions in secured lending transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, managing complex financing arrangements, and advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
\n \nThe role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated lending matters within an established national practice, with direct client exposure, mentorship from experienced partners, and clear opportunities for long-term progression.
\n \nStrong academic credentials, drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage transactions independently are essential.
\n \nCandidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Tennessee Bar.
