HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic HVAC knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience is required, and while NATE, RMGA, and EPA certifications are preferred, we are willing to assist with training and certification fees. We have enough calls and volume that you only have to service a 30‑minute radius from Castle Rock. What you will be doing daily Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems. Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished. Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval. Keep company vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency. Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Learn to serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems. Additional skills and strengths Must present a professional, well‑groomed appearance. Positive can‑do attitude. Ability to work weekends and evenings on a rotating basis. Active listening skills. Organizational skills, able to maintain a clean, stocked, and inventoried service van. Punctual. Additional Job Requirements Must pass national background check and drug screening.
