Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' therapeutic needs, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized treatment plans that address their specific goals and preferences, integrating effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices, empowering them to take active steps in their recovery.

• Monitor client progress, systematically reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to reflect changing needs and outcomes.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical providers, ensuring that comprehensive care is provided across disciplines.

• Stay informed of the latest research and treatment advances in mental health, striving to incorporate innovative methodologies into practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

You will primarily work with clients facing relationship challenges, including divorce and family dynamics, as well as individuals dealing with mood disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
