Operations Manager

Job Description Manage daily production, including scheduling and distribution of work orders, and ensure all work orders are complete each week Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners Manage cleaners, including performance reviews, discipline, and recognition Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment Handle payments, deposits, and processing Assisting in creating customer estimates and proposals Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents Answering phones, dealing with customer calls, and thank you notes Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
