Finance Director

Position Overview A hospital in Las Cruces is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial operations and support the overall business office function. This senior‑level role is well suited for a finance leader who has strong healthcare experience and enjoys working in a complex, regulated environment. This position requires consistent on‑site presence and includes up to 20% travel. The role focuses on maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
