EHSS Office/Deliver Specialist - US FSN

DePuy Synthes seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support EH&S and sustainability service delivery across multiple facilities. This role involves regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, training administration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day EH&S and sustainability services ensuring compliance with standards
- Complete and submit regulatory applications, permits, and compliance reports
- Conduct facilities inspections to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions
- Administer safety training programs and track certifications
- Maintain records, dashboards, and documentation for operations and sustainability metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Studies, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant EH&S or related field experience
- Knowledge of EH&S regulations, sustainability programs, and environmental reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage compliance procedures and coordinate with internal stakeholders
