Job Description

• Lead and manage the estimating team to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and budgets for client presentations and internal approvals.
• Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations during the estimating process.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior estimators, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.

• Strong expertise in the property and construction industry, specifically in estimating for construction projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools to develop precise cost assessments.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate project estimations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• A background in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
