Floor Manager – Friedmans (Tribeca, NYC)

Friedmans is looking for a   Floor Manager   to join our opening team at our soon to be opened Tribeca location . Reporting directly to the General Manager, this   entry-level management role   designed for someone ready to take the next step in their restaurant career and grow within a respected New York hospitality group.

What You’ll Do

• Lead service on the floor and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for
  
• Be part of the opening team by helping hire, onboard, train, and develop the front-of-house staff while establishing the culture and service standards from day one

• Build relationships with guests and create loyal regulars through genuine hospitality
  
• Support, coach, and develop the front-of-house team throughout each shift

• Maintain exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, and service standards

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to deliver smooth, efficient service every day.
