Onsite Community & Finance Coordinator

Greystar

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Colorado Springs to support the Community Manager by handling accounting tasks, rent collection, invoices, and financial reporting using Yardi/OneSite. This on-site role emphasizes accurate bookkeeping, bank deposits, and reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with the maintenance and leasing teams, respond to resident questions, and assist in optimizing revenue while upholding Greystar's service standards and company
