Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Document patient progress thoroughly, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with adult clients, many of whom may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other personal challenges. Your ability to connect with clients empathetically and translate their needs into actionable therapy approaches will be critical in facilitating their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience delivering clinical psychotherapy, particularly to adults.

• Proficient writing skills for thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.

• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions from any licensing boards.
