Due to our growth in the SC Market - we are looking for a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.Responsibilities-Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $8M to $25M+ annually-Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project-Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors-Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control-Plan and coordinate construction activities-Evaluate riskQualifications -Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 5+ recent years as project manager, with commercial general contractor construction experience.-Interior &/OR Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more-Knowledge of local Sub Contractors -Private client experience-Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts-Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills-Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders-Willingness to be part of Business Development-Experience with multiple delivery methodsBenefitsEmployer paid Health InsuranceEmployer paid Long Term Disability InsuranceEmployer paid Life InsuranceEmployer provided EAPBonus - Up to 20%Auto Allowance/Company Truck401k Retirement Savings with company matchGenerous PTO + 10 paid holidaysDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort Term DisabilityCancer InsuranceTerm Life Insurance
