Compensation:$200,000 plus at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Provide ongoing training and development to your team, enhancing their skills and career progression.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize performance outcomes.
- Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships in the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.

- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required; we're eager to see diverse backgrounds.
