Job Description Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage filings with government agencies and maintain legal databases. Conduct legal research to support the Legal team's initiatives. Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff as needed.
