Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Lead a newly established pharmacy as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, guiding it through licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a schedule starting part-time and transitioning into full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations.
• Manage and lead the pharmacy through successful licensure, inspection, and accreditation.
• Ensure compliance with all state pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to establish operational protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of five years of pharmacy management experience.
• Proven expertise in pharmacy start-up operations.

Schedule:
