Telemedicine Family Medicine Los Angeles (Highland Park District)
Practice in the heart of Los Angeles while enjoying the flexibility of telemedicine. Based in the historic Highland Park area, this role offers access to everything LA is known for beaches, world-class dining, entertainment, theme parks, shopping, and a vibrant, diverse community with year-round sunshine.
Join a mission-driven community health system providing high-quality, comprehensive care to underserved populations across Los Angeles County . This is a full-scope Family Medicine telehealth role within a supportive organization that values access, equity, and patient-centered care.
You ll work a Monday Friday, 8 5 schedule with no call , managing a high-volume virtual panel of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Spanish fluency and community health experience are a plus.

Requirements
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine required. Spanish language fluency preferred. Prior community medicine experience is a plus.
