We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team! This individual will be responsible for assisting attorneys and paralegals with carrying out their day to day responsibilities. This individual will also be responsible for answering phones, communicating with clients, responding to discovery, and drafting / filing pleadings. Full benefits will be offered with the position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Communication with clients
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
