Compensation:$85,000+ bonuses
Responsibilities:What You'll Do
- Manage personal injury litigation files from case initiation through trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation-related documents
- Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries
- Coordinate and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
What We're Looking For
- At least five years experience handling Georgia litigation matters including experience handling automobile, trucking, and premise liability cases
- Experience handling daycare negligence litigation is a plus
- Strong drafting, case management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Georgia State and Federal Court e-filing systems
- Commitment to client service and attention to detail
- Must reside in Georgia
