SAP Transportation Management (TM) Analyst

Role Description

The SAP TM (Transportation Management) Analyst will support, configure, and optimize end-to-end Transportation planning processes within our industry domain of e-commerce digital operation, focusing on:

• Transportation planning
• Carrier selection
• Freight cost management
• Settlement

The SAP Analyst will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within SAP TM and integration with SAP S/4HANA MM, OTC, WM, and FI modules.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
• Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
• SAP TMS certification is often preferred
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task

Requirements

• Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience
• Experience with data migration, reporting, and industry standards is a plus

Benefits

• The expected salary range for this role is $116,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
• The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity
