About the Role Are you passionate about helping others learn and thrive? We’re looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to lead engaging training sessions for both employees and clients—whether it’s a hands‑on workshop or a virtual webinar. You’ll dive deep into Yardi’s Senior Living products like Voyager, CRM, and EHR, helping participants master key features, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate with confidence. What You’ll Do Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats, including webinars, in‑person workshops, and virtual courses. Develop in‑depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products. Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs. Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques. Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and to teach and coach others. People focused, with the ability to build rapport. Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong decision‑making and organization skills. Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to travel up to 10%. Ideal to Have Prior relevant industry, field, or software experience.
