Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage 15-20 open requisitions for complex positions in PACE centers and Central Operations while partnering with stakeholders to develop talent strategies that align with organizational needs. Key responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for Clinical, IDT, and Corporate positions with measurable success Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to attract active and passive talent Partner with People Operations and TA Leadership to build staffing strategies and provide market insights to hiring managers Required qualifications 6-9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to manage a high requisition load across multiple job families Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Experience collaborating closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and hiring leaders
