Senior Manager of Contract Development

Leading a team of contract development professionals, the full-time Senior Manager of Contract Development in Provider Contracting will oversee contract operations for assigned Provider segments, ensuring compliance and operational readiness while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Serve as the functional leader for assigned Provider segments and manage day-to-day contract development operations Translate approved commercial contracting strategies into executable agreements while ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements Establish and improve contract development standards, governance routines, and continuous improvement practices across assigned portfolios Required Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience Experience leading teams or projects with accountability for deliverables and stakeholder alignment Experience managing or improving business processes in a complex, regulated environment Ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate recommendations effectively Exceptional contract drafting and analytical skills
