Work Environment This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your schedule and work-life integration. Clinicians can manage their caseloads, averaging between 10-30 billable hours each week. All client interactions will occur via telehealth, fostering a safe and convenient platform for therapy sessions. Our team meets regularly for group consultations to provide enriching support to one another while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual and family needs, employing various psychotherapeutic interventions. Deliver therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, couples counseling, addictions counseling, and family therapy, to clients experiencing mental health and dual disorders. Utilize telehealth platforms to maintain an organized and efficient record of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinical guidelines. Collaborate closely with other licensed professionals, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to execute treatment planning and ensure effective coordination of care. Actively participate in clinical team meetings and quality assurance activities, offering insights on complex cases and contributing to an atmosphere of continuous improvement. Provide educational resources and information to clients about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources. Regularly assess treatment and prevention strategies for mental disorders, adapting therapeutic approaches based on real-time feedback and clinical observations. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients encompass a wide range of demographics experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and dual diagnoses. By focusing on a comprehensive, integrative approach to mental health care, we ensure our treatment is individualized, culturally sensitive, and effective in promoting lasting wellbeing among our clients. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university. Current, unrestricted licensure as a LMFT or Psy.D in Washington State. A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy. Preferred Experience Demonstrated clinical competence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities across individual, couples, and group levels. Experience working in a community health or integrated healthcare setting, with an understanding of the unique challenges in delivering mental health services. Ability to engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
