Inside Sales Specialist

We are a leading manufacturer of industrial interconnect products, including IEC 309 Pin & Sleeve devices, heavy-duty rectangular connectors, portable power distribution systems, power cable assemblies, industrial control panels, and safety disconnect switches. As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at our Central New Jersey headquarters.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, distributors, and sales representatives by providing product support, processing quotations and orders, and helping drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting sales growth.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess experience and knowledge of industrial electrical products, with a strong emphasis on connectors, motor disconnects, and safety switch devices. Candidates should ideally have experience working within the industrial electrical distribution industry or for a manufacturer of industrial electrical products.

This position requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, distributors, a direct sales force, and manufacturers' representatives. A proven track record of success with 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or related industry experience is required. Candidates must be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable managing customer information within the company's ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior business-to-business (B2B) sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM and ERP software platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
