Psych Tech/Recovery Advocate Level 1 and 2
The role involves providing support and care to individuals seeking recovery from addiction and mental health issues. You will be responsible for assisting clients in their recovery journey and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and assistance to clients in their recovery process
- Monitor and document client progress and behavior
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
Benefits
Compensation: $14 - $17 per hour
