Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. Our mission is to bring the best of Italian cuisine and hospitality to the world, and we’re proud to launch our first-ever Eataly Caffè—a fast-paced, vibrant café experience celebrating Italy’s rich coffee culture.
We’re hiring for our locations at Rockefeller Center, Hudson Yards and Lexington Ave are looking for passionate individuals who love food, coffee, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

- Prep Cook ($17 - $19 Per hour)

Job DescriptionTeam Members will be at the heart of our guest experience—crafting delicious espresso drinks, preparing food items, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality. You'll rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge
- Baristas : Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
- Customer Service Associates : Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Prep Cooks : Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications▪️ 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
▪️ Basic computer skills
▪️ Excellent communication skills
▪️ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
