️ We’re Hiring a Service Manager at Sea Breeze Harley-Davidson! We are on the hunt for a results-driven, experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure every Harley that leaves our shop is ready for the open road. What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors.
Maximize shop efficiency and profitability.
Deliver an exceptional, “customer-first” service experience.
Manage workflow, scheduling, and parts inventory.

What we need from you:

3+ years of management experience (dealership, powersports, or auto repair preferred).
Strong understanding of technician workflow and profitability metrics.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
A passion for the ride (motorcycle endorsement is a plus!).
