Job Description

The team member in this position is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property. The Engineering Dispatch will also handle basic office duty work for the Engineering Department.

The dispatcher is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property. Dispatchers will also handle basic office duty work for the engineering department, receive and store inventory according to standards as well as maintain property inventory records.

Requirements

• Maintain and update the work order system following procedure/policy.
• Delegate duties and projects with consistent follow-up and in coordination with the manager for daily tasks.
• Supportive functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
• Communicate effectively and promptly between departments.
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to multitask. One year of clerical experience in an office setting is preferred; Hospitality office experience is a plus.
