Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Role Med Surg/Tele RN responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, document care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage multiple patients, ensure infection control, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Skills Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to move equipment and assist patients, interpersonal professionalism, technical skills, and ability to work under pressure. Must possess visual acuity and sensory communication skills.
