Key Responsibilities

• Compassionate Care: Provide direct patient care to residents with a focus on empathy, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records.

• Individualized Support: Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Condition Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and physicians to ensure safety and well-being.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with all departments to ensure seamless care delivery and contribute to a welcoming, supportive workplace for staff and residents alike.

• Quality & Inclusion: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and ensure our care remains accessible and culturally responsive.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum 0 years of experience (we proudly welcome new graduates to our inclusive team).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-first mentality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse resident population.

• A naturally compassionate and empathetic approach to nursing.
